Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for the Services provided by RunWeb, operated by BNCW Enterprises Private Limited ("RunWeb", "we", "us" or "our"). It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
No long-term contracts
RunWeb plans are billed monthly in advance for a flat fee, with no long-term contract and no cancellation penalty. You are free to cancel at any time, and cancellation simply stops future billing — you keep the Services until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Monthly fees
Because each monthly fee pays for work and management delivered during that month, monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of your current paid month and is not renewed; we do not charge you again after that.
How to cancel
To cancel, email us at [email protected] from the contact address on your account, or use any cancellation option provided in your dashboard. To avoid being billed for the next month, please cancel before your renewal date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
One-time and setup work
Any one-time fees, setup or build fees, custom development, or other project-based work are non-refundable once that work has started, as our time and effort cannot be recovered. Where a build has not yet started, contact us and we will review your request in good faith.
Advertising spend
Where your plan involves us managing advertising, fees paid directly to advertising platforms (such as Google or Meta) as media spend are controlled by those platforms and are subject to their own refund policies. We cannot refund media spend that has already been delivered by an advertising platform.
Your website and assets
On cancellation, you keep the website deliverables and Content created for you under your plan, in line with the licence or assignment described in your Terms of Service, subject to all applicable fees having been paid. If your plan includes hosting or ongoing management, those managed services end when your subscription ends; we will reasonably assist with an orderly handover where you ask us to.
Errors and duplicate charges
If you believe you have been charged in error, billed twice, or charged after a valid cancellation, contact us within 30 days and we will investigate and refund any incorrect charge that we confirm.
